Fees are paid daily via transfer to a bank card. The bank account provided must be in the person's own name.

No, the wage is announced transparently, equally, and in the national currency for all specialists, including programmers, designers, assistants, accountants, legal advisors, and others.

Yes, each person's fee increases by 2% monthly (equivalent to 24% per year).

Is payment possible via other methods or currencies?
No, payment in "foreign currency" or "dollars" is only possible if the person provides an official invoice from a company registered in the European Union. To check companies registered in the EU, you can use this official link.

Yes, any trial activity counts as working hours, and its cost is calculated and paid based on those working hours.
Working hours

Which days are the company's working days?
Our working days include every day of the week except Fridays. However, if desired, working on Fridays is also possible in coordination with the team and company managers.

What are the company's working hours?
The team's working time matches the range specified in the work calendar on the website; however, if necessary, this range can be changed by agreement and coordination with the company.

Can I work outside of the meeting and working hours?
No, team members' work begins exactly when the pre-arranged meeting starts and ends when the meeting ends; in other words, no work is done before or after the meeting.

If needed, is it possible to miss a work meeting?
Yes, if you cannot attend a work meeting, you must give notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise it will lead to a complete termination of the collaboration.

If a collaboration request is accepted, when do the work meetings begin?
If invited to collaborate, people are expected to declare their readiness to start within 48 hours at most; otherwise, someone else will be substituted.

All of the company's intellectual and commercial information — including but not limited to technical, financial, and strategic data, and any information made available to specialists in any way — is considered confidential, and disclosing it to third parties without the company's written consent is prohibited; violating this obligation will be subject to legal prosecution. Accordingly, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be signed with individuals before the collaboration begins.

All of our projects are in the field of software design and development. For commercial and competitive reasons, no explanation about the exact content of the projects will be given before interviewing people and starting work.

For transparency and greater efficiency in communication, each person's speaking time is limited to a maximum of two minutes of continuous speech without interaction. This guarantees an equal opportunity to participate for everyone and enables more constructive discussions.
